By accessing or using the CandidVacations website, mobile application, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.

CandidVacations provides an online platform for searching and booking flights, hotels, cruises, and car rentals. You agree to: • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms • Provide accurate and complete information when making bookings • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials • Not use our services to make fraudulent or speculative bookings • Not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our platform without authorization

When you make a booking through CandidVacations: • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout, including all taxes and fees. • Prices are subject to availability and may change until your booking is confirmed. • Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number. • We act as an agent for travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) and are not the supplier of travel services. The supplier's own terms and conditions also apply to your booking.

Cancellation and refund policies vary by booking type and supplier. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for detailed information. Key points: • Flight cancellations are subject to airline fare rules. • Hotel cancellations are subject to individual property policies. • Our service fees are generally non-refundable. • Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 7–14 business days.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visas, health requirements) for your destination. CandidVacations is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation. Always check entry requirements with the destination country's embassy or official government website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CandidVacations shall not be liable for: • Actions or omissions of travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies, cruise lines) • Travel delays, cancellations, or changes by suppliers • Loss of luggage, personal injury, or property damage during travel • Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the booking in question.

All content on CandidVacations — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of CandidVacations or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites (airline sites, hotel websites, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
